In Microsoft Word 2000, when you open a Word 97 rich text format (RTF) document that contains an inserted graphic image, the size, position and scaling of the picture is changed.
CAUSE
The sizing, position, and scaling of the picture is changed when the document is saved in Word 97. When you open the RTF document that was converted in Word 97 in Microsoft Word 2000, the problem still exists.
