ACC2000: Make-Table Query Does Not Copy All Table Properties (209225)

SYMPTOMS
When you run a make-table query to create a new table, the table does not
inherit all the properties from the table on which the query is based.
CAUSE
When you run a make-table query, the new table inherits only the Data Type and FieldSize property of each field in the query's underlying table, but not the other field or table properties.
RESOLUTION
To create a table that has the same properties as another table, use the
Copy and Paste commands.
To use the Copy and Paste commands, follow these steps: - In the Database window, select the table that you want to copy.
- On the Edit menu, click Copy.
- On the Edit menu, click Paste.
- In the Table Name box, type a name for the new table.
- Under Paste Options, select either the Structure Only or the Structure And Data option, and then click OK.
