MSPS: Voice Command Does Not Delete All Messages (208759)

SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Call Manager to store telephone messages, you may not be able to use the "Delete all messages" voice command to delete all of the messages in your mailbox.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you use the voice command before Call Manager begins to play back your messages.

RESOLUTION

To prevent this issue from occurring, do not use this voice command until Call Manager plays the "You have <n> new messages" message informing you of how many new messages are waiting in your mailbox.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft Cordless Phone System version1.0.
