SYMPTOMS

If you attempt to customize your search capabilities using the Find Setup wizard in Microsoft Call Manager Help, you may receive the following error message:
Unable to display the Find tab. (177)

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if Microsoft Call Manager Help is the only Help file you select in the Find Setup wizard.

RESOLUTION

To prevent this issue from occurring, select only the Microsoft Technical Support Help file or select both the Microsoft Call Manager Help file and the Microsoft Technical Support Help file in the Find Setup wizard.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft Cordless Phone System version1.0.
