MSPS: Caller ID Information Is Not Displayed (208686)

SYMPTOMS

When you receive an incoming telephone call, Caller ID information may not be displayed on your computer.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if you connect the base station to a modem that does not pass Caller ID information.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, connect the base station directly to the wall jack or use the line duplicator (splitter) included with the Microsoft Cordless Phone System.
