Video Camera Does Not Restart After Being Disconnected (207997)

SYMPTOMS

If you disconnect a Plug and Play video camera and then reconnect it during a NetMeeting session, the video stream may not be restarted.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because NetMeeting cannot automatically restart the video camera after it is disconnected.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this behavior, quit and then restart NetMeeting.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft NetMeeting.
