When you print bold fonts or dark colored fonts or graphics using any of the following programs, the colors may be printed using different shades of those colors:
- Lotus AmiPro 3.1
- Microsoft Access 97
- Microsoft Word 97
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you use one of the following printers:
- Canon BubbleJet BJC-4100
- Epson Stylus Color
- Epson Stylus Pro
- Hewlett-Packard DeskJet 855C
- Hewlett-Packard DeskJet 1600C
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, contact the manufacturer of your printer to obtain the latest printer driver. For information about your printer, please click the appropriate Web site:
