Tooltips Are Displayed on all Computers in a NetMeeting Conference (206249)

When you perform the following steps during a NetMeeting conference, the tooltip that you are viewing may be visible on all other computers in the conference:
- Share Microsoft Outlook (any version), give control to a remote conference member, and then that remote conference member starts a new e-mail message.
- In the body of the message, the remote conference member types a Web address, and then presses ENTER to automatically turn the Web address into a hyperlink.
- The remote conference member positions the pointer over the hyperlink. Note that the tooltip is now visible on all other computers in the conference.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if you are using Microsoft Word for Windows (any version) as your e-mail editor.
