WD2001: Synonyms Command Changes the Case of the Word to Lowercase (206143)

When you replace a word with a synonym using the Synonyms command on the shortcut menu in Word, the case of the word may be changed to all lowercase.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs only when you hold down CTRL, click the word, and then click Synonyms on the shortcut menu to choose a new word. This behavior does not occur when you use the Thesaurus command on the Tools menu to select a new word.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, select the word that you want to change, and then click Thesaurus on the Tools menu to select a new word.
