SYMPTOMS

When you use Adobe Photoshop version 4.0 on a non-primary monitor on a computer with multiple monitors, some of the program features may not work correctly. For example, some of the menus may be missing, and you may be unable to view the main program window on the non-primary monitor.

CAUSE

This issue can occur because Adobe Photoshop version 4.0 does not completely support the multiple monitor feature.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, contact Adobe to inquire about the availability of a fix for this issue.

To work around this issue, do not try to use Adobe Photoshop version 4.0 on a non-primary monitor on a computer with multiple monitors.
