When you create a custom style sheet using the Accessibility button in the Internet Options tool, if you enter a style sheet in the User style sheet section, your changes may not be applied to the document.
CAUSE
The User style sheet option is an accessibility feature of the Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) feature. This option does not use Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSL) because Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) must be used with the CSS feature for accessibility.
RESOLUTION
