SYMPTOMS

When you print a data access page, only the current record is printed, instead of all records.

CAUSE

When you print a data access page, either through the browser or through Microsoft Access 2000, only those records that are displayed on the page are printed.

RESOLUTION

In order to print all records, you must either print all pages individually or create a report. Changing the Print Range in the Print dialog box does not affect the number of records printed.
