Sales Tracking Application

If you copy the folder that contains the Sales Tracking application to a Microsoft Exchange Public folder, some of the forms do not work correctly. You can create a new account by using the application, but if you create a new contact for the account, you are not be able to re-open the Contact form. This problem also occurs with Microsoft Outlook 97 and Microsoft Outlook 98.

There is not a workaround available for this problem.
