XCLN: "Send Mail To" Link Is Missing in Outlook Web Access (201442)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the Outlook Web Access (OWA) client, and you click Find Names, and select the user's name, the Send Mail To link is missing.

CAUSE

Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or later has not been installed on the Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) that Outlook Web Access is installed on.

RESOLUTION

Apply Exchange Server 5.5 SP1 or later to the Outlook Web Access server (IIS server).
