When you view a Web page that uses the <IMG SRC=...> Hypertext
Markup Language (HTML) source code (tag) to refer to an image, you may be unable to view the image.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if the <IMG SRC=...> tag has the following parameters:
width="height" height="width"
When the <IMG SRC=...> tag has those parameters, Internet Explorer interprets the height and width values to be zero, and does not display the image.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
