FP2000: Unable to Select Multiple Noncontiguous Rows in Large Table (200961)

The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft FrontPage 2000

This article was previously published under Q200961

SYMPTOMS

When you hold down SHIFT and click to select multiple rows that are not in sequence on a large table, the page scrolls back to the first row that you selected. Therefore, you are unable select any row that is more than one screen height away from the first row that you selected.

RESOLUTION

Instead of using one large table, split the table into pieces, so that you can work on each piece individually.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
