MORE INFORMATION
This issue occurs because the Czech, Hungarian, and Spanish languages
use a different dictionary sort order.
For example, the Czech language reads the CS text string as a single
letter sorted after the letter C. This difference causes Plus! 98 Setup
to look for the Mcsan32.dll file instead of the Mcscan32.dll file.
As the Plus! 98 Setup program cannot find or install the Mcscan32.dll
file, Virus Scan is not installed completely.
