SYMPTOMS

Recipients of custom forms see the default Read page and not the modified Read page.

CAUSE

The message was sent in Plain Text format.

MORE INFORMATION

If your default mail format is Plain text, you will need to manually set the option to send the message using Outlook Rich Text Format before you send the message.

Send Using Microsoft Outlook Rich Text Format

  1. In your open mail messages, on the File menu, click Properties.
  2. Click to select "Send in Microsoft Outlook Rich Text Format."
  3. Click OK.
This individual message will be sent using RTF.

Change Your Default Mail Format

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Mail Format tab, click to select Microsoft Outlook Rich Text.
  3. Click Apply and then OK.
All messages will be sent using RTF.
