PRJ: End of Pert Legend Printed Incompletely on Color Printer (200403)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Project, when you print or print preview the Pert Chart view on a color printer, the end of the legend may not be displayed.

CAUSE

This behavior may occur on the following color printers:

  • HP DeskJet 1600c
  • Brother M-1924L
  • Epson Stylus Color
  • QMS ColorScript 1000

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, print to a larger paper size. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. On the File menu, click Print.
  2. Click Properties.
  3. Select a larger paper size.
  4. Click OK.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
