When you extract files that span more than one floppy disk from a
compressed folder, you may be prompted to swap disks several times
during the extraction process.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you use a drag-and-drop or copy-and-paste
operation to extract the compressed files.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use the Extract wizard to extract the compressed
files. To do this, follow these steps:
- Right-click the file you want to extract, and then click
Extract.
- In the Files will be extracted to this
directory box, type the path to the folder to which you
want to extract the compressed files or click Browse
to browse to the folder you want.
- Click Next, and then click Finish.
