OLEXP: Pasting an Image from a Message Leaves a Place Holder (200169)

When you copy an image file from an Outlook Express message, and then paste this image into another program, a place holder may appear instead of the image.
CAUSE
This problem can occur if you copy an attached image from an Outlook Express message, and then close the message before you paste the image into another program.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, do not close the message before you paste the image into another program.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
