SYMPTOMS

If a CD-ROM changer is installed in your computer, the Deluxe CD Player utility included in Microsoft Plus! 98 may not function properly.

This behavior can occur if the drive door on the CD-ROM changer is left open.

To resolve this issue, close the drive door on the CD-ROM changer.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Plus! 98, version 1.0.
