When you use the Find feature to search for content in any of the Microsoft programs listed at the beginning of this article, you may notice that you can find words even when you misspell them.

The Find feature uses a search engine based on full-text searches. When you search for a file, the search engine queries the contents of the CD-ROM for each letter you type, and then builds a list of matching files.
