Banned Chat Session Member Is Able to Enter Chat Room Again without Permission from the Chat Room Host (199893)

After you "kick" or "ban" a chat session member from a chat session you are hosting, that session member may enter your session again. Note that this may occur even if you do not give permission to the banned session member to return to the session.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if the banned session member has the owner, host, or member password for that chat room.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, change the password for the appropriate chat room. You can change the password by clicking Room Properties on the Room menu.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
