- Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel and then double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- On the Windows Setup tab, click the Windows Messaging check box to clear it, and then click OK.
- When you are prompted, restart Windows.
- Click Start, point to Settings, click Control Panel and then double-click Add/Remove Programs.
- On the Windows Setup tab, click the Windows Messaging check box to select it, and then click OK.
- When you are prompted to restart Windows, do so.
MORE INFORMATION
When you run the Office Setup program in Maintenance mode, and you click Remove Office the Setup program removes all files installed by Office including those that are related to the Windows Messaging client. These files include the Inbox icon on the desktop.
