PRB: Uninstall Does Not Remove All Replication Files (199217)

SYMPTOMS

After installing and uninstalling SQL Server, the following files are left behind in the "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Database Replication" directory:

   Rdistcom.dll
   Replerrx.dll
   Replprov.dll
   Replrec.dll
   Replres.dll
   Sqldistx.dll
   Sqlmergx.dll
   Wzcnflct.exe

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, use Windows NT Explorer to delete the files.
