Versions of Internet Explorer Earlier Than 4.0
If you are using an earlier version of Internet Explorer and the Web site you want to view is running Microsoft Internet Information Server, the issue can be resolved by applying a language pack on the Web server for the language you are using. Contact the Web site's administrator and request that the language pack for the language you have installed on your computer be installed on the Web server.
