SYMPTOMS

When you print color text or graphics to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) 690-series printer, some text or graphics may not be printed using the exact color that appears on the screen.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur because the printer driver included with Windows 98 may not be fully compatible with the printer.

RESOLUTION
