To change a picture in an existing e-mail project to a picture that is not in Clipart Gallery, follow these steps:

  1. Create a new e-mail project, or open an existing one.
  2. Press and hold down the SHIFT key when you double-click the picture you want to replace.

    NOTE: If you do not press and hold down the SHIFT key when you double-click a picture in the project, Home Publishing opens the Clipart Gallery instead of the Select An Image File dialog box.
  3. In the File Name box, type the full path and file name of the picture you want to use, and then click Open.
NOTE: This method only works in e-mail projects. When you press and hold down the SHIFT key as you double-click a picture in a paper project, nothing happens.

To change a picture that is already in a paper project to a picture that is not in Clipart Gallery, click to select the picture, and then click Replace From Another Source.
