PRB: "Some Objects Have Failed to Load" Error in Visual InterDev 6.0 (198433)

When working in Visual InterDev 6.0 on a Windows 95 platform, you may
receive the following error when opening an .htm or .asp file in Source
view:
Some objects have failed to load. The objects will be displayed as
text.
CAUSE
The maximum number of Design-time controls (DTCs) that can be loaded into
the Visual InterDev IDE has been reached. Depending on the hardware
configuration on the Windows 95 machine the maximum number of DTCs that can
be used on a page may vary.
RESOLUTION
Upgrade to Windows 98, Windows Millennium or Windows NT Workstation.
