SMS Network Monitor 1.2 Does Not Work with Network Monitor Agent 2.0 (198380)

When you try to run SMS Network Monitor 1.2 in Windows 2000, the program
may be unable to find a network driver to begin the capture. This behavior
can occur when Network Monitor Agent 2.0 is installed instead of Network
Monitor Agent 1.2.
You may receive an error message stating that the Nal.dll file is missing
or cannot be found.
CAUSE
Network Monitor Agent 1.2 must be installed for Network Monitor 1.2 to
work. The driver for Network Monitor Agent 2.0 may not work with Network
Monitor 1.2.
RESOLUTION
To use Network Monitor 1.2, copy the Nal.dll file from the Windows NT 4.0
CD-ROM to the folder in which Network Monitor is installed. This allows you
to run Network Monitor, but you can only open and edit capture files. You
cannot capture packets or transmit packets on the wire.
