PPT2000: Previews Count as Changes When Undoing/Redoing (198334)
The information in this article applies to:
- Microsoft PowerPoint 2000
This article was previously published under Q198334 SUMMARY
Some of the dialog boxes in PowerPoint (the Format AutoShape dialog box, for example) have Preview buttons. If you click a Preview button, that action counts as a change that can be Undone and Redone. When you recolor an AutoShape object and click the Preview button first, you must click the Undo button twice to restore the original color.
MORE INFORMATION
The preview event is saved as an Undo event, so you must click the Undo button to undo preview events.
