NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the
Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to use Messaging
Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your
installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About
Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate" if you have the Corporate
Workgroup installation.

SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Outlook, when you try to print a fax that you received using
Microsoft Fax on a Canon Bubble-Jet, BJC-620e or BJ-43000, a black page is printed.
NOTE: This symptom also occurs when using a Hewlett Packard (HP) DeskJet
600 printer.
RESOLUTION
Install the Canon BJC-600e driver provided with your version of Microsoft
Windows 95 or Windows 98. To configure the driver to print received faxes,
follow these steps:
- On the File menu, click Print. Click Properties and then click the
Graphics tab.
- Under Dithering, click Fine.
- Click Color and then click "Print in black and white only."
- Click OK three times to print the fax.
If you use an HP DeskJet 600 printer, install the HP DeskJet 550C printer
driver.
