Find Dialog Box Loses Focus When Switching to Full Screen Mode (198011)

SYMPTOMS

When you press F11 to switch to Full Screen mode in Internet Explorer and then quickly press CTRL+F to open the Find dialog box, the Find dialog box may not be the active window.

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, click the Find dialog box to select it.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
