NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the
Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to use Messaging

installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About

SUMMARY
In Microsoft Outlook, there is a feature called AutoNameCheck. This
feature creates a list of nicknames for every e-mail recipient sent
a message. When composing new messages, Outlook attempts to resolve the
recipient's name from this list of nicknames. Corruption of this list
results in a Non-delivery Report (NDR) message or a message delivered to
the wrong recipient.
