SUMMARY

There is no Forms Manager in Microsoft Outlook when installed in Internet Mail Only (IMO) mode. This article addresses how to temporarily change to the Corporate/Workgroup (CW) mode to access the Forms Manager.

MORE INFORMATION

The IMO mode does not provide a way to manipulate Outlook forms. You can, however, convert to CW, perform your forms management duties, and then convert back to IMO.

Convert to Corporate / Workgroup

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. On the Mail Delivery tab, click Reconfigure Mail Support.
  3. Click to select Corporate or Workgroup, and then click Next.
  4. Click Yes to the warning dialog box. Outlook will quit.
  5. Double-click the Outlook Icon on your desktop. If prompted, insert the CD in the CD-ROM drive.
Outlook is now in Corporate or Workgroup mode. Use the Forms manager as you had intended to do originally.

To convert back to IMO, repeat steps 1 through 5, except in step 3, click to select Internet Mail Only.
