OL2000: Err Msg: Could Not Find a Contact with This E-mail Address (197881)

In Microsoft Outlook, when you right-click a resolved e-mail address and
click Look Up Contact on the shortcut menu, you may receive the following
error message:
Could not find a contact with this e-mail address.
CAUSE
The addressee is not in your primary Contacts folder.
MORE INFORMATION
The Look Up Contact feature limits searches to the primary Contacts folder.
Outlook searches additional contact folders for "Check Names" resolution.
For performance purposes, Outlook does not look up contacts in additional
contact folders.
NOTE: When you create a mail message from the Address Book by clicking New
Message on the File menu in the Address Book dialog box, the Look Up
Contact command is not available.
