ERRMSG: "No Domain Controller Found" During Windows NT Workstation Setup (197860)

The following error message is received during the client setup phase for a
Windows NT Workstation computer:
No domain controller found.
CAUSE
This problem occurs only on computers that do not have TCP/IP installed
initially, that is, NetBEUI bound to a network interface card (NIC), but no
TCP/IP.
RESOLUTION
To work around to this problem, restart the client Windows NT Workstation
and then rerun the client setup disk.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the products listed at the
beginning of this article. We are researching this problem and will post
new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes
available.
