Bookshelf 99: Right-Click Define Feature Starts Bookshelf Basics (197771)

After you install Microsoft Bookshelf 99, the Define feature of Microsoft
Word 97 may continue to start Microsoft Bookshelf Basics.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because the Bookshelf 99 installation program does
not overwrite the registry key installed by Bookshelf Basics.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, use the Microsoft Office 97 CD-ROM to remove
Bookshelf Basics, and then remove and reinstall Bookshelf 99.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Bookshelf 99.
