PRJ98: Some Fonts Not Printed on DesignJet 750c (197583)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Project 98, when you print a project to a Hewlett Packard DesignJet 750c plotter, some fonts may not be printed.

CAUSE

This problem may occur when you print a project from a Windows NT 4.0 Workstation with Service Pack 2 (SP2) to a Hewlett Packard DesignJet 750c plotter that is connected to a Windows NT 4.0 Server that does not have SP2 installed.

NOTE: This problem may occur with other plotters.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, install Windows NT Service Pack 2 or higher on the Windows NT Server that the plotter is connected to.
