Cannot View Message Attachments on Your Windows CE Device (197560)

SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to view a file attached to a mail message by double- clicking the paperclip icon in the upper-right corner of the message, you may receive the following error message
<filename> 0/1
where <filename> is the name of the file attachment. This error message occurs even if you click the Include File Attachments check box to select it in the ActiveSync Options dialog box.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Windows CE Services 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2.
