PRJ98: Project in Binder Only Responds to Alphanumeric Keys (197549)

In Microsoft Office Binder, when you use any non-alphanumeric keys in an
added project, Microsoft Project may not respond to the non-alphanumeric
key entries.
NOTE: Non-alphanumeric keys would include: the TAB key, ENTER, BACKSPACE, and so forth.
CAUSE
This problem may occur when the following conditions are true:
- You add a Microsoft Project project into Microsoft Binder.
- You start the Office Assistant.
- You use any non-alphanumeric keys.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, minimize and then maximize Microsoft Binder.
The keys will then be recognized.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
