Report Writer Does Not Return More than 10K Results (197238)

When you create a large return set (for example, for Direct Mailer) the
Report Writer stops when the results found reaches 10K. This occurs even
though a larger return set is specified.
CAUSE
This behavior is by design. The 10K row limit is required for performance
and possible product destabilization.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Site Server version 3.0
SP2.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, change the criteria of the report to result
in less than 10K.
