OL2000: "By Conversation Topic" View Loses Indents After Sorting (197087)

When you sort a mail folder viewed By Conversation Topic, using any of the
default fields, the indentation of messages is lost.
CAUSE
Messages within a conversation topic are indented if the message is a reply
or forward, and if sorted by conversation index. When you sort by any other
criteria, the indentation is lost.
RESOLUTION
To regain your indented message display, follow these steps:
- On the View menu, point to Current View, and
click Customize Current
View.
- In the View Summary, click Sort.
- Select Conversation Index in the Sort Items By list, click OK and
OK.
