OLEXP: A Text File Is Not Created When You Export Your Address Book (197039)

When you try to export your address book with the Text File (Comma
Separated Values) option, your address book may appear to have
been successfully exported, but you may be unable to find the
corresponding text (.txt) file for your address book.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if your address book contains no entries. A .txt
file is not created when you export an empty address book.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
