OL2000: (IMO) Voting Button Options Are Not Available (196983)

There are no Voting button options for e-mail messages in your installation
of Microsoft Outlook.
CAUSE
The Internet Mail Only installation of Outlook does not include Voting
button features.
RESOLUTION
The Outlook Messaging Interface used with the Internet Mail Only
installation of Outlook, does not allow for Voting buttons. This feature is
available with the Corporate or Workgroup installation of Outlook, because
it is a full MAPI client. To get this feature you need to convert to the
Corporate or Workgroup installation of Outlook.
