OL2000: (IMO) Conflicting Appointment Allowed in Calendar Subfolder (196887)

When you set up an appointment in a secondary calendar, you will not be
notified if the new appointment conflicts with an existing appointment.
CAUSE
Calendar options that require an action such as notification of conflicting
appointments only apply to your primary calendar. The primary calendar is
determined by the delivery location of your e-mail. Microsoft Outlook
applies these actions to only one calendar per user session. There is no
mechanism to apply these actions to other calendars.
