SYMPTOMS

When you use the learning feature of the Take Control System Controller (TC1000), the TC1000 may not be able to learn the infrared codes from a working remote control or the learned codes may not function properly.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the working remote control uses an infrared frequency higher than 120 kilohertz (kHz).
