OL2000: (CW) Received and Sent Times Incorrect with cc:Mail (196517)

NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the
Corporate Workgroup/Other option. This option allows you to use Messaging
Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your
installation type, on the Help Menu, click About Microsoft Outlook. In
About Microsoft Outlook, you should see "Corporate" if you have the
Corporate Workgroup installation.
SYMPTOMS
When sending or receiving mail using Microsoft Outlook with cc:Mail
Services, the time stamps for the received or sent mail messages may be off
by as much as 5 hours. This only applies to Outlook on Microsoft Windows NT
4.0. The time and date stamps will be correct on Windows 95 or later
computers.
CAUSE
This is a result of old Lotus Vim32.dll files dated 9/15/95 or earlier.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, obtain the latest Vim32.dll files from
Lotus Corporation and copy them into the \Winnt\System32 folder. These
files can be found at:
Click vdlw32.zip to download the file to your computer.
The vdlw32.zip file is a compressed file. You will need to extract the
files with a program such as PkUnzip or Winzip.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook 2000.
