Changing Capture Devices Does Not Change Available Video Sizes (196501)

When you specify a different video capture device on the Video tab in the
Options dialog box, the Send Image Size settings may remain unchanged,
reflecting the capabilities of the previous video capture device.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the Send Image Size settings are not
automatically refreshed when you change your video capture device.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, follow these steps:
- After you specify a different video capture device, click OK to close
the Options dialog box.
- Click Options on the Tools menu, and then click the Video tab. The
settings should reflect the capabilities of the currently selected
video capture device.
- Under Send Image Size, click the option you want.
- Click OK.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the products listed at
the beginning of this article.
